How much does a party bus cost in Las Vegas?
Las Vegas party bus prices typically range from $150 to $400+ per hour depending on vehicle size, day of the week, and time of year. Most bookings require a 4-hour minimum (sometimes 3 hours on non-prime dates like Sundays). When you split the cost among your group, a party bus often costs less per person than individual rideshares. Our quotes are all-inclusive — fuel, driver, insurance, taxes, and gratuity are all included with no hidden fees. Call us at (702) 342-8656 for an exact quote for your event.
What is the minimum booking time?
We have a standard 4-hour minimum for most bookings. On non-prime dates like Sundays, we can sometimes accommodate a 3-hour minimum. Prom dates (March, April, and May Saturdays) may require a 6-hour minimum due to high demand. Contact us for specifics on your date.
What is included in the price?
Our quotes are fully all-inclusive. Fuel, a professional CDL-licensed driver, commercial insurance, all applicable taxes, and gratuity are included in every quote. There are no hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, and no surprise charges. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Is gratuity included or do I need to tip?
Gratuity for your driver is already included in your quote. You do not need to tip separately. Of course, if your driver goes above and beyond and you'd like to leave an additional tip, they always appreciate it — but it's never expected or required.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
We do not provide alcohol, but guests are welcome to bring their own sealed beverages on board for adult events where all passengers are 21+. We recommend using plastic cups rather than glass for safety. We provide ice and cooler space. If any minors will be present and alcohol is desired, a parent or legal guardian must be on board at all times.
Can we bring food on the bus?
We generally ask that food not be consumed on the bus to keep the interior clean for every group. However, your driver is happy to make stops at restaurants or drive-throughs so your group can eat. Just let us know your plans and we'll work it into the itinerary.
Is smoking allowed on the bus?
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted on any of our vehicles. This policy protects the interior and ensures a pleasant experience for all guests. Your driver will make unlimited stops for smoke breaks on request — just ask.
Are pets allowed on the bus?
Pets are generally allowed with prior approval. Let us know when booking so we can confirm and prepare accordingly. We ask that pets be well-behaved and that owners clean up after them.
Can we decorate the bus?
Yes! You're welcome to bring decorations — balloons, streamers, banners, and posters are all fine. We just ask that you avoid anything that could cause permanent damage, such as glitter, confetti, or strong adhesives. If any damage occurs from decorations, a cleaning fee may apply.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for most events. For peak dates (Friday/Saturday nights, holidays, convention weeks, EDC weekend), book 1–3 months ahead. New Year's Eve and major holidays should be booked 3–6 months in advance. Prom season (March–May) also books up fast.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing between 8am and 8pm. Rescheduling may be available subject to vehicle availability — contact us to discuss your options.
How does payment work?
We typically require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 7–14 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. All deposits are non-refundable. Corporate clients can arrange invoicing.
What happens if we go over our booked time?
Overtime is charged at the hourly rate for your vehicle, subject to availability. If your group wants to extend, let your driver know and we'll do our best to accommodate. We recommend building a small time buffer into your booking to avoid overtime charges.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All our drivers are professional, CDL-licensed chauffeurs who are background-checked, drug-tested, and fully insured. Our vehicles undergo regular maintenance and safety inspections. We maintain CPCN certification from the Nevada Transportation Authority, DOT compliance, and $5M+ in commercial liability insurance.
Can we make multiple stops?
Yes! Our party buses and limousines are available for unlimited stops within your booking duration. Want to hit 5 nightclubs, 3 restaurants, and a show? Your driver goes wherever you want to go — that's the whole point.
Are there strict capacity limits?
Yes, vehicle capacity limits are enforced for safety and legal compliance. The posted capacity for each vehicle is the maximum number of passengers allowed on board. We cannot exceed these limits under any circumstances. If your group grows, contact us and we can upgrade to a larger vehicle.
What areas do you service?
We provide service throughout the entire Las Vegas valley including Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and all surrounding communities. We also service Boulder City, Pahrump, Mesquite, Laughlin, and any destination within 100 miles of Las Vegas.
Do you offer airport pickups?
Yes! We offer pickups and drop-offs at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). For arrivals, our pricing includes a 30-minute luggage wait time so you don't feel rushed at baggage claim. Our drivers track your flight in real-time and will be ready when you land.
What about prom and minors?
We love prom groups! Prom dates (March, April, and May Saturdays) are in high demand and may require a 6-hour minimum. If minors will be on board and alcohol is present, a parent or legal guardian must ride along. For alcohol-free prom events, no parent is required.
What is a CPCN and why does it matter?
A CPCN (Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity) is a license issued by the Nevada Transportation Authority that certifies a company meets all safety, insurance, and operational requirements for commercial passenger transportation. Companies without a CPCN are operating illegally. Always verify your transportation provider's CPCN before booking.
Can I see the bus before booking?
