Real trips this size is built for. Tell us yours and we will map the stops to the hours you book, with as many stops as fit.
Convention delegation of about 42 to 50 arriving at Harry Reid International with luggage
Wedding guest coach for a big hotel block, with a restroom for the late run back
Full-day tour to Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam, or Mount Charleston
Sports team, alumni group, or corporate outing that wants everyone on one coach
Tour groups arriving for a Vegas weekend on the 50-seat coach
Fifty is the size a tour operator or a big travel group books when everyone and every suitcase arrives at once. Fifty riders, fifty checked bags under the floor, carry-ons overhead, and a restroom for the drive in from Harry Reid or the road trip from Southern California. The coach meets the group at the airport charter area or at a hotel in Primm after the drive across the state line, and the weekend starts with one vehicle instead of a convoy.
The trips that follow are the ones a full-size coach was built for. A full-day run to Grand Canyon West is three hours each way on the 93 and Pierce Ferry Road, and Grand Canyon West has its own rules for tour coaches, including where they park and how groups move to the Skywalk. A Death Valley day is longer still, and the restroom is the difference between a tour and an endurance test. Closer to town, the coach does a Strip and Downtown loop with a stop at the Las Vegas sign, where the tour-bus spaces mean a real photo stop instead of a drive-by.
Loading this coach in Las Vegas
- ✓Fifty checked bags is the limit of the bays. If the group also has golf clubs or a tour leader's gear, tell us so we can plan the second vehicle or a luggage transfer.
- ✓Grand Canyon West is a long day. We build in a meal stop and plan departure from the Strip early enough that the group is not driving Pierce Ferry Road in the dark.
- ✓A tour leader with a microphone is welcome. The PA runs from the front seat, and the driver can mute the music or the announcement as needed.
A sample night on the 50 Passenger Coach Bus
Harry Reid charter bus area or a Primm hotel
Groups driving in from California often stage at Primm so the coach picks everyone up fresh. From the airport, the driver uses the charter area on Level 0 and bags go straight under the floor.
Grand Canyon West for the day
Three hours each way with a stop in Boulder City or at the Hoover Dam overlook. Grand Canyon West manages coach parking and shuttle boarding; we follow their tour-bus instructions for the day.
Las Vegas sign and the Strip at night
The sign has tour-bus spaces on the east side of the Boulevard. We park, the group walks to the sign for photos, and the coach runs the Strip and Fremont Street afterward with a stop at a buffet or a show.
