Las Vegas Venue Pickup Guide for Buses & Limos

The rideshare pin is not where a party bus loads. Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, Sphere, the airport, and every Strip resort have a separate door for buses, shuttles, and limos, and we know which one. Here is what each venue says and how we plan around it.

Research checked August 1, 2026. Venues change rules by event; the linked official source and event-day staff have the final say, and we recheck before your trip.

Plan a Venue Ride

Tell us the event, the venue, the headcount, where we pick you up, and the times. We confirm the loading door and quote in writing.

Or call us at (702) 342-8656 to discuss your trip details.

Venue by venue: where we load

What each venue publishes, what we do with it, and what you need to tell us. These are our notes, not the venue's permission; we confirm the exact door for your event before the driver rolls.

Harry Reid International Airport

Checked July 31, 2026

Where we meet you at the airport depends on the terminal and on the vehicle category: a limo, a shuttle, and a coach do not all load at the same curb. Send us the airline, flight number, landing time, headcount, and bag count and we pick the vehicle and the meeting point for you.

What the venue says

  • At Terminal 1, the airport sends private shuttles, SUVs, and limousines to the curb west of baggage claim, outside doors 7 through 10.
  • At Terminal 3, the same vehicles load on Level Zero at either end of the building.
  • Your gate does not tell us where you will be. Tell us which baggage claim you are walking out of and we will be there.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.Send every flight number and one mobile contact for the group.
  2. 2.Count checked bags and anything oversized like golf clubs or a garment box.
  3. 3.We confirm the terminal and the commercial pickup curb the morning you land.

Allegiant Stadium

3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118

Checked July 31, 2026

A Raiders game or a stadium concert needs a drop plan and a pickup plan, and they are not the same spot. The rideshare lot is not where a party bus or a coach is supposed to be, so we go by the stadium's event map, not the app pin.

What the venue says

  • The stadium's directions page puts rideshare pickup and drop-off in Lot N on Dean Martin Drive.
  • Taxis, shuttles, and general pickup and drop-off use a separate area near Diablo Drive and Procyon Street.
  • The stadium says transportation arrangements can change during the season, so the event-day map is the one that counts.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.We check the official transportation page for your specific event.
  2. 2.We confirm which zone our vehicle category is allowed to use.
  3. 3.You pick one meeting spot after the game and one backup phone number, because tens of thousands of people are leaving at once.

T-Mobile Arena

3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Checked July 31, 2026

T-Mobile Arena is strict about who loads where. Buses and shuttles have to arrange their spot with arena management ahead of time, so for a Golden Knights game or a fight night we set that up before the day rather than hoping for a curb.

What the venue says

  • The arena requires buses and shuttles to pre-arrange pickup and drop-off locations with arena management before events.
  • Rideshare drops at the ground level of the New York-New York garage, with post-event pickup at New York-New York or Park MGM.
  • ADA and commercial-vehicle needs should be raised before the event so the arena can confirm the right access.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.We tell the arena whether we are bringing a bus, a shuttle, or a limo.
  2. 2.We confirm the approved zone before the driver leaves the yard.
  3. 3.Plan fifteen to twenty minutes for the walk out through the crowd on the Park before the bus can load.

Sphere

255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169

Checked July 31, 2026

Sphere tells guests to arrive early and expect street closures, and the rideshare corner is not where a party bus waits. For a show at Sphere we confirm the loading plan with the venue and build the timeline with extra room on both ends.

What the venue says

  • Sphere's FAQ names the corner of Manhattan Street and Westchester Drive for rideshare pickup and drop-off.
  • The venue says to allow extra travel time because street closures around the building can affect vehicle access.
  • For a private group vehicle we confirm the event-day loading plan with the venue instead of copying the rideshare instructions.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.We check the current event FAQ and your ticket instructions.
  2. 2.We confirm the commercial loading point and where the driver can wait.
  3. 3.You pick a meeting spot everyone can find after the show; the exit crowd is big and the building all looks the same from outside.

Las Vegas Convention Center

Checked July 31, 2026

The convention center is a campus with four halls and a lot of doors, so 'pick us up at the LVCC' is not a plan. Give us the show name, the hall, and the entrance, and we check the show's own transportation page on top of the campus map.

What the venue says

  • West, North, Central, and South Hall pickups are different locations on different sides of the campus.
  • The show organizer often sets its own shuttle, taxi, and rideshare areas and the hours they operate.
  • We use the official LVCC facility page and the specific show's transportation page together before we write the driver's notes.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.Tell us the show, the hall, the entrance, and your booth or meeting spot.
  2. 2.We check the organizer's current shuttle and pickup map.
  3. 3.Keep the people ride separate from the freight and booth equipment; those go through different doors.

Fremont Street and Downtown Las Vegas

Checked August 1, 2026

Fremont Street is pedestrian-only under the canopy, so a Downtown bar crawl means we drop you at a casino curb a block away and you walk in. Which curb depends on the night: construction and events move the usual spots, so we confirm with the property before the trip.

What the venue says

  • The City of Las Vegas Downtown Loop page gives its Fremont Street Experience stop an exact Main Street location and notes when construction temporarily relocates it.
  • If the city has to move its own bus stop, 'meet on Fremont Street' is not going to work for a party bus either.
  • Casino, rideshare, transit, limo, and charter loading areas Downtown are separate; we confirm the right one for our vehicle category with the property before the trip.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.Pick one casino or curb as the group's meeting point and stick with it.
  2. 2.We check City and event closure notices the day before.
  3. 3.Keep your Downtown stops walkable from that curb and set one hard time for the last ride back to the Strip.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Checked August 1, 2026

Every Speedway event has its own map, its own commercial zone, and its own departure windows. What worked for the NASCAR weekend does not apply to the festival, so we plan from the current event page, not last year's.

What the venue says

  • Las Vegas Motor Speedway publishes event-specific shuttle programs with named Las Vegas pickup points, boarding times, and return windows.
  • Its transportation maps split rideshare, taxi, limousine, shuttle, parking, and accessible operations into different areas.
  • Shuttle details and traffic flow change by event, so a prior-year schedule is not a plan.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.We open the official page for your exact event.
  2. 2.We confirm our vehicle's authorized gate, lot, and any credential it needs.
  3. 3.Plan a post-event meeting window that allows for traffic holds; it can take a while to get out of the lots after the checkered flag.

Red Rock Canyon Scenic Drive

1000 Scenic Loop Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89161

Checked August 1, 2026

Red Rock is about half an hour west of the Strip and one of the best photo stops in Nevada, but it is federal land with timed-entry rules for commercial vehicles. We confirm the reservation, the fee, and which stops a bus is allowed to make before we put it on your quote.

What the venue says

  • The Bureau of Land Management requires timed entry for the Scenic Drive from October 1 through May 31 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • BLM says commercial buses, motorcoaches, and vans still need timed-entry reservations and limits the stops they can make.
  • The Scenic Drive is a 13-mile, one-way loop; miss a stop and there is no turning around.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.We confirm the commercial reservation and the current authorized stops.
  2. 2.Bring water, hats, and shoes you can walk in; the overlooks are hot and rocky.
  3. 3.Decide where you are headed next before we enter the loop, because the exit is the exit.

Hoover Dam

Checked August 1, 2026

Hoover Dam is a federal facility with its own commercial authorization, security inspection, and loading rules, and buses with luggage are turned away. We confirm who holds the authorization and whether the vehicle on your quote can enter before we sell you the trip.

What the venue says

  • The Bureau of Reclamation says commercial operators without the required authorization will not be granted ordinary entry, and it spells out who is responsible for a packaged tour's authorization.
  • Buses carrying luggage are not allowed in, and every bus is inspected.
  • Commercial bus loading uses specific bays on the Bus Level, which is for unloading and loading only, not parking.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.Tell us who is selling the tour and who is operating it.
  2. 2.We confirm authorization, fees, the no-luggage rule, inspection, loading, and the tour timing.
  3. 3.Allow time for security, the walk across the dam, visitor screening, and the drive back to US-93.

Las Vegas Resort Pickup Systems

Checked August 1, 2026

'Pick us up at Caesars' is not a pickup point. Every big resort has separate doors for rideshare, taxis, valet, limos, tour buses, and convention shuttles, and the right one depends on which vehicle category we are bringing and which tower you are in.

What the venue says

  • MGM Resorts publishes property-specific transportation pages that name the designated rideshare pickup and drop-off spots at each of its Las Vegas resorts.
  • Some resorts separate arrival from pickup; The Venetian, for example, lists different locations for rideshare drop-off and rideshare pickup.
  • The rideshare door is almost never the bus door. We do not copy rideshare instructions into a limo, shuttle, or coach plan.

How we plan it with you

  1. 1.Tell us the full property name, the tower, and whether you are there for a convention or a show.
  2. 2.We confirm the commercial entrance with the property.
  3. 3.We send your group a landmark, a short walking direction, a departure time, and the day-of number so nobody is wandering the casino floor looking for the bus.

    Our own quote requests

Percentages describe recorded quote requests and captured quotes (May 13, 2024 through August 24, 2026, snapshot 2026-09-03), not bookings, prices, or current availability. How we use this data.

What should be on a venue-run quote

A quote for a game, a show, or a convention run needs the door and the timing spelled out, not just an hourly number. Compare any two quotes on these five lines and the cheaper-looking one usually stops looking cheaper.

Vehicle
Which one, how many it seats, and how much luggage or gear fits. Your quote names it.
Time
Pickup time, how many hours you booked, when the clock starts, and the overtime rate if the show runs long.
Route
Every pickup and stop, the door the venue approved, and where the driver waits.
Price
The total, plus anything the route adds: gratuity, parking, or a venue fee.
Terms
Deposit, balance date, cancellation, reschedule, and what happens if the venue moves the pickup point on you.

Las Vegas Venue Pickup FAQs

Almost all of them. Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, Sphere, and every big resort have a rideshare spot that is not the bus spot. That is why we start from the venue's own instructions and confirm a commercial-vehicle plan for your quote instead of following the app pin.
