Where we pick up in Downtown Las Vegas
The Fremont Street Experience canopy is closed to vehicles, so "meet us on Fremont" does not work for a bus. What does work: your hotel's porte-cochere at the Golden Nugget, Circa, the Plaza, the D, or the Downtown Grand; the east end of Fremont near Container Park for a Fremont East night; and Main Street or Commerce Street in the Arts District. We will suggest the exact spot once you tell us where you are.
Downtown closes streets for First Friday in the Arts District, Life is Beautiful in September, and New Year's Eve under the canopy. If your date lands on one of those, tell us and we pick a curb outside the closure so you are not walking six blocks to find the bus.

A Downtown night that does not cross the valley twice
Downtown works best when you group the stops. Dinner in the Arts District, a couple of bars on Fremont East, then the Strip to finish, in that order, keeps you moving in one direction instead of bouncing between Downtown and the Strip between every stop. We drop you at the door of each place, park nearby, and pull back up when you text the driver.
You can make as many stops as fit the hours you book. A good Downtown night is usually three or four stops; more than that and you spend the night getting on and off the bus instead of enjoying it. Tell us your must-hit spots and we will line them up sensibly.
How long is the ride from Downtown to the Strip?
Plan on 15 to 35 minutes. Las Vegas Boulevard south from Fremont is the scenic way and fine early in the evening; on a Friday or Saturday after 9 pm we usually take the 15 to Spring Mountain or Flamingo and come in the back way. Most groups that ask us for a quote are going out on a Friday or Saturday (77%), so if that is your night, book the bus early and expect the Strip end to be slow.
Name the resort, not "the Strip." Every property has its own bus entrance, and the walk from the wrong door can be longer than the drive. Give us the show time or reservation time and we work backward from when you need to be inside.
Which vehicle fits a Downtown group?
Most groups that ask us for a quote are 14 people or fewer (58%), which is why we usually start with the 20-passenger party bus or a limo. The party bus is built for a Downtown night: wrap-around leather seating, a laser light show, ice and bottled water, BYOB for 21-plus groups, and a professional driver who knows which Fremont cross streets are open tonight. A stretch limo fits a smaller, dressier group, such as a chapel wedding or a birthday dinner.
For a wedding at the Smith Center or a Downtown chapel, or a corporate group at a Fremont hotel, a coach moves everyone in one trip with room for bags. Tell us the headcount and what you are carrying, and we will recommend one.
Weddings, concerts, and big nights Downtown
Downtown chapels and the Smith Center are classic Downtown wedding pickups. We run the couple and the wedding party separately from the guests when the timing calls for it, and we bring guests back to their Fremont or Strip hotels after the reception. For a concert at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center or a festival weekend, we drop you close to the entrance and set one meeting curb for afterward so nobody is hunting for the bus in a crowd.
