By accessing this website, submitting a quote request, communicating with Las Vegas Party Ride, or booking a transportation service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Las Vegas Party Ride helps customers request and review Las Vegas group transportation options, including party bus, limousine, and coach bus transportation for events, airport movements, nightlife, weddings, corporate outings, and other group trips.

Vehicle availability, assignment, photos, features, amenities, and capacity can vary by date, provider, maintenance status, and booking terms. Confirm the current vehicle, provider/operator details, included items, and written terms before paying a deposit.

Unless different written terms are provided for your reservation, bookings may require a deposit to reserve the requested date, vehicle category, and time. A reservation is not confirmed until required payment is received and confirmation is issued.

Remaining balance timing, accepted payment methods, overtime rates, minimum rental hours, gratuity, taxes, cleaning fees, damage charges, and other possible charges should be reviewed in the written quote or booking confirmation.

Pricing is based on the information provided by the customer. Changes to date, route, pickup area, stop list, passenger count, hours, or vehicle type may change the final price or availability.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by reservation and should be reviewed in the written booking confirmation. If no separate written cancellation schedule applies, the following general schedule may be used:

• 30+ days before event: full refund of deposit.
• 14–29 days before event: 50% of deposit refunded.
• 7–13 days before event: 25% of deposit refunded.
• Less than 7 days before event: no refund.
• No-shows: no refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to INFO@LASVEGASPARTYRIDE.COM. The cancellation date is based on when the written request is received.

Passengers must behave lawfully, respectfully, and safely during the rental period. Service may be terminated without refund if the booking party or passengers violate safety rules, laws, or written booking terms.

• No illegal substances of any kind are permitted on any vehicle.
• Passenger count must not exceed the agreed vehicle capacity.
• Passengers must not engage in disorderly, violent, threatening, or unsafe behavior.
• Passengers must not bring weapons, fireworks, or hazardous materials onto the vehicle.
• The booking party is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, and conduct by passengers in the group.

• Follow driver or operator instructions at all times.
• Wear seatbelts when available and required.
• Do not hang out of windows, doors, or sunroofs.
• Do not stand on seats, bars, or fixtures.
• Do not tamper with emergency exits, safety equipment, audio equipment, lighting, or vehicle controls.
• No smoking or vaping unless expressly allowed in writing.
• Food and beverages may be restricted by vehicle or provider rules.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the reservation. Passengers must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol. The booking party is responsible for ensuring legal compliance by all passengers.

Minors may ride when accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult listed by the booking party, subject to the written booking terms and applicable law.

Weather, traffic, road closures, venue restrictions, hotel loading rules, mechanical issues, emergencies, acts of God, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect timing or service. Comparable vehicle substitution may be necessary depending on availability and circumstances.

Las Vegas Party Ride is not responsible for third-party venue rules, nightclub policies, hotel policies, lost personal property, passenger misconduct, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Las Vegas Party Ride, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website or services, passenger conduct, damage caused by your party, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or services shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless a different venue is required by applicable law.
