What a night on the bus actually looks like
Your driver pulls up to your hotel at the time you set, whether that's the bus lobby at Resorts World or a house in Henderson. Everyone climbs on, somebody takes over the music, and you roll down Las Vegas Boulevard past the Bellagio fountains on the way to dinner.
While you eat or catch the show, your driver keeps the bus close, so leaving takes a text, not a hike through a parking garage. Do that as many times as your hours allow: dinner, a Sphere show, a club on the Strip, late-night tacos, back to the hotel.

We don't post a single rate, because a quick ride to dinner on a Wednesday and a five-hour Saturday club crawl are different jobs. Four things move the number: the date, the hours, the vehicle, and the route.

How much does a party bus cost in Las Vegas?
It depends on the date, how many hours you book, which vehicle, and the route. We don't post one rate because a Tuesday hour to dinner and a Saturday night club crawl aren't the same job. Send the date, group size, pickup, and hours and you get a real total in writing, usually the same day.
Is there really a one-hour minimum?
Yes. Most cities make you buy four hours whether you need them or not. In Las Vegas we book from one hour and you add time only if you want it. Same rule on weekends and holidays unless your quote says otherwise.
What's on the 20-passenger party bus?
Wrap-around leather seating, a laser light show, ice and bottled water already on board, a professional driver, and BYOB for riders 21 and up. It seats 20, but plan on about 18 if everyone brings a bag, and leave big luggage at the hotel. Pick one person to run the music before pickup so nobody fights over it on the Boulevard.
Can you drop us right at the club or hotel?
Yes. Tell us each venue and we work out where a bus is allowed to stop. Some resorts send buses to a separate bus lobby instead of the main valet, so we tell you exactly which door to walk out of when it's time to leave.
Do you pick up in Henderson, Summerlin, or outside Las Vegas?
Yes. Give us the street address and we'll quote the whole ride, whether that's Green Valley to the Strip, Summerlin to Fremont Street, or a pickup outside the city. Airport runs from Harry Reid work too.
How far ahead should we book?
Saturdays go first. 77% of the dated requests we get are for a Friday or Saturday, and about half of our groups are booking within 30 days of their date. If your night is a Saturday in March, April, May, or a fight weekend, lock it now.
