Las Vegas Party Bus Rentals, Limos & Coaches

Twenty of your people on wrap-around leather with a laser light show, BYOB with the ice already on board, and a driver who drops you at the front door of every stop. We book from one hour, not four, so a ride to dinner and a club costs what it should.

Why Las Vegas groups book with us

No four-hour minimum, a real party bus, and a driver who knows which door at Caesars is actually the bus door.

Book one hour if that's all you need

Most cities force a four-hour minimum. In Las Vegas we start at one hour and you add time only if you want it.

A real party bus, not a shuttle

Our 20-passenger bus has wrap-around leather, a laser light show, ice and bottled water, and it's BYOB for riders 21 and up.

Front-door drop-off, every stop

You step off at the entrance. Your driver parks nearby and is back at the curb when you text.

Limos and coaches too

Stretch limos for a formal night, Sprinters for airport runs, and coaches up to 56 seats for conventions and wedding shuttles.

What a night on the bus actually looks like

Your driver pulls up to your hotel at the time you set, whether that's the bus lobby at Resorts World or a house in Henderson. Everyone climbs on, the lights are already going, the cooler is iced, and you roll down Las Vegas Boulevard with your own music on.

At the restaurant, the club, or the show, you step off at the front entrance. No garage, no shuttle lot, no ten-minute walk through a casino. Your driver parks nearby and the bus is back at the curb the moment you text. Do that as many times as your hours allow: dinner, a Sphere show, a club on the Strip, late-night tacos, back to the hotel.

Bring your own drinks if everyone is 21+. Bring the birthday girl. Bring the whole bachelor party. We'll handle the traffic, the loading zones, and the part where someone always needs one more stop.

Where we pick up and drop off

  • The Strip

Resorts World to Mandalay Bay and every door in between, including the bus lobbies the front valet won't let you use.

  • Downtown & Fremont Street

The Fremont Street Experience is a pedestrian mall, so we pick up on a side street a short walk from the canopy and tell you exactly where.

  • Henderson & Green Valley

Lake Las Vegas weddings, Water Street nights, and Green Valley pickups to the Strip. Send the street address, not just the city.

  • Summerlin & Red Rock

Downtown Summerlin dinners, Red Rock Casino, and day trips out the Scenic Loop.

  • Harry Reid International

Airline, terminal, and bag count and we'll be at the curb when you land.

  • Outside Las Vegas

Boulder City, Pahrump, Indian Springs, Primm. Give us the address and we'll quote the whole run.

Which vehicle is right for your group?

Most groups that ask us for a quote are 14 people or fewer (58%), and another 21% are 15 to 20. That's exactly the range the 20-passenger party bus is built for, which is why it shows up in 69% of the vehicle quotes we send. Go limo when the night is dressy and the group is small. Go coach when you're moving a wedding or a convention team.

Three ways to roll in Las Vegas

Most groups book the 20-passenger party bus. Go stretch limo when the night is dressy and the group is small, or a coach when you're moving a wedding, a convention team, or an airport crowd.

How many people are riding?

Pick your group size and we'll show the sizes we arrange for it. Groups of 15 to 20 almost always land on the 20-passenger party bus; smaller crews have a choice between a Sprinter and a stretch limo.

Percentages describe recorded quote requests and captured quotes (May 13, 2024 through August 24, 2026, snapshot 2026-09-03), not bookings, prices, or current availability. How we use this data.

How much does a Las Vegas party bus cost?

We don't post a single rate, because a one-hour ride to dinner on a Wednesday and a five-hour Saturday club crawl are different jobs. Four things move the number: the date, the hours, the vehicle, and the route.

The one thing that makes us cheaper than most quotes you'll see is the minimum. Most Vegas operators start at four hours. We start at one. If you only need a ride to the show and a ride home, you pay for the hours you use.

Send the details and you'll get the vehicle, the hours, the pickup plan, and the total in writing before you pay anything.

What your quote spells out

  • The vehicle. Which bus, limo, or coach, and how many it seats with your bags.
  • The hours. Start time, hours booked, and what an extra hour costs if the night runs long.
  • The route. Pickup, each stop, and the last drop, in the order you want them.
  • The money. Total, deposit, when the balance is due, and the cancellation window.
  • The driver. A professional driver on every trip, plus the number you text on the night.

Booking takes three steps

Start at one hour, add time if the night grows. We answer fast because 54% of the groups that ask us for a quote are booking within 30 days of their date.

01

Tell us about the night

Call or text (702) 342-8656, or use the form. Date, how many people, where we pick you up, where you want to go, and roughly how many hours.

02

Get a real number in writing

We match you to the 20-passenger party bus, a limo, or a coach and send the vehicle, hours, pickup plan, and total. No guessing from a rate card.

03

Step off at the front door

Your driver picks you up on time, drops you at the entrance of every stop, and parks nearby until you text for the next one.

Questions we get every week

How much does a party bus cost in Las Vegas?

It depends on the date, how many hours you book, which vehicle, and the route. We don't post one rate because a Tuesday hour to dinner and a Saturday night club crawl aren't the same job. Send the date, group size, pickup, and hours and you get a real total in writing, usually the same day.

Is there really a one-hour minimum?

Yes. Most cities make you buy four hours whether you need them or not. In Las Vegas we book from one hour and you add time only if you want it. Same rule on weekends and holidays unless your quote says otherwise.

What's on the 20-passenger party bus?

Wrap-around leather seating, a laser light show, ice and bottled water already on board, a professional driver, and BYOB for riders 21 and up. Plan on about 18 people if everyone brings a bag.

Can you drop us right at the club or hotel?

That's how every stop works. You step off at the entrance, your driver parks nearby, and the bus is back at the curb when you text. No hunting for a bus in a parking garage.

Do you pick up in Henderson, Summerlin, or outside Las Vegas?

Yes. Give us the street address and we'll quote the whole ride, whether that's Green Valley to the Strip, Summerlin to Fremont Street, or a pickup outside the city. Airport runs from Harry Reid work too.

How far ahead should we book?

Saturdays go first. 77% of the dated requests we get are for a Friday or Saturday, and about half of our groups are booking within 30 days of their date. If your night is a Saturday in March, April, May, or a fight weekend, lock it now.
