Airport Shuttle party bus in Las Vegas

Airport day in Las Vegas: Harry Reid pickup, hotel doors in your order, and a return timed to the flight.

How the day runs

How does a Las Vegas airport group transfer run?

Route guidance reviewed August 1, 2026. Venue loading rules change, so we confirm the door with you the week of your ride.

Which vehicle fits your group?

For an airport run the question is bags first, people second. Our 20-passenger party bus works for a group that wants the ride to start the trip, with light luggage. When the golf bags and checked cases pile up, a coach or shuttle keeps the aisle clear. A limousine fits a small group with carry-ons. That is why we ask about luggage before we ask about seats.

Local tips from our dispatch desk

  • Count golf bags, oversized cases, and mobility devices in the quote request, not at the curb.
  • If arrivals land at different times, tell us; one vehicle can wait through them only if the hours cover it.
  • Weekend afternoon Strip traffic can double a ten-minute drive; leave a buffer on the return.
  • Send the hotel list in drop order, with the name on the reservation for each.

How the ride runs, stop by stop

1

Landing at Harry Reid

We follow the airport's commercial pickup rules for the vehicle we send, which differ between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Send every rider's cell number and a baggage count so the driver can find you fast and you are not guessing at the curb.

2

Hotel drops on the Strip

We drop at each resort's allowed group entrance in the order you give us. Resorts like MGM Grand and Caesars Palace have separate group-arrival areas away from the main valet; we know where they are.

3

The ride back to the airport

We work backward from your airline's recommended arrival time, add hotel loading, and add Strip traffic. If the group is on two different flights, tell us and we build two departures instead of stranding half the group.

How do you move a group through Harry Reid without losing bags or people?

We follow the airport's commercial pickup rules for the vehicle we send. Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 are different curbs. Send every rider's cell and a baggage count so the driver can find you fast.

Hotel drops go in the order you give us, at the group entrance the resort allows. If people land at different times, one vehicle can wait only if those hours are booked. Two trips is often cleaner.

The ride back to the airport works backward from the airline's recommended arrival time, plus hotel loading and Strip traffic. Weekend afternoons need a buffer.

What should you send for an airport-transfer quote?

  • Airline, flight number, and landing or departure time for each rider.
  • Headcount and luggage count, including golf bags.
  • Hotel or address list in drop order.
  • Whether arrivals land together or need a wait.

    Our own quote requests

Percentages describe recorded quote requests and captured quotes (May 13, 2024 through August 24, 2026, snapshot 2026-09-03), not bookings, prices, or current availability. How we use this data.

Three sizes, one plan

Most groups start with the 20-passenger party bus. A stretch limo suits a small, dressed-up group. A coach handles more than twenty people, or anyone with luggage. Ask for two quotes side by side if the headcount is still moving.

Booking takes three steps

Start at one hour, add time if the night grows. We answer fast because 54% of the groups that ask us for a quote are booking within 30 days of their date.

01

Tell us about the night

Call or text (702) 342-8656, or use the form. Date, how many people, where we pick you up, where you want to go, and roughly how many hours.

02

Get a real number in writing

We match you to the 20-passenger party bus, a limo, or a coach and send the vehicle, hours, pickup plan, and total. No guessing from a rate card.

03

Step off at the front door

Your driver picks you up on time, drops you at the entrance of every stop, and parks nearby until you text for the next one.

Questions groups ask us before they book

Yes. We follow the airport's current commercial pickup rules for the vehicle we send. The driver tracks your flight and meets you at the group pickup area for your terminal.
