Wedding Party Bus in Las Vegas

We do Las Vegas weddings, from a Little White Chapel elopement with six guests to a Lake Las Vegas reception that needs a hotel shuttle. You get a professional driver, a bus with wrap-around leather seating and a laser light show, ice and bottled water, and BYOB for the adults. We drop everyone at the chapel or ballroom door and wait nearby, ready when you text.

Wedding party bus in Las Vegas

Wedding day in Las Vegas: chapel door, photo stops, reception entrance, and guest loops if you need them.

How the day runs

What does a wedding party bus night look like in Las Vegas?

Route guidance reviewed August 1, 2026. Venue loading rules change, so we confirm the door with you the week of your ride.

Which vehicle fits your group?

For most weddings we pair a limousine for the couple with the 20-passenger party bus for the wedding party, and add a coach when out-of-town guests need a hotel loop. Across the Las Vegas inquiries that come through our family of sites, 71% of wedding groups that gave us a headcount were 15 people or more, which is why the 20-passenger bus is our first suggestion for the bridal party and the coach is the answer for everyone else.

Local tips from our dispatch desk

  • Name a day-of contact who is not standing at the altar, and give us their cell.
  • Tell us how many dresses, garment bags, florals, and mobility devices ride along; they take seats.
  • Confirm your resort's wedding-arrival door with the chapel coordinator; the front valet is not always the right place.
  • Book the Saturday early. Across the Las Vegas inquiries that come through our family of sites, 73% of wedding requests with a date came in more than 30 days ahead, and Saturdays fill first.

How the ride runs, stop by stop

1

Getting ready to ceremony

We pick up at your suite at a resort like Bellagio or Caesars Palace, or at a house in Summerlin or Henderson, and take you straight to the chapel or ceremony site. Give us the time you need to be seated, not the time the invitation says, and we work backward from there.

2

Photos between the vows and the party

The Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, the Bellagio fountains, and the Neon Museum are the photo stops couples ask for most. We hold the bus while you shoot, then roll to the reception door with the whole wedding party still together.

3

Reception and the ride home

We drop at the reception entrance and park nearby until the last dance. If the toasts run long, the person you name as day-of contact can add hours by text, and we loop guests back to their hotels in the order you give us.

How should a Las Vegas wedding day ride actually be built?

A Vegas wedding is rarely one vehicle. The couple often wants a quiet limousine to the chapel. The wedding party wants to stay together for photos. Guests staying at two hotels need a shuttle that hits the ceremony and the reception on time.

We work backward from the time you need to be seated, not the invitation time. A suite at Bellagio or Caesars Palace to a chapel, then the Welcome sign or the fountains, then the ballroom door, is a normal Saturday. Lake Las Vegas and Red Rock venues add drive time we put on the quote.

Name a day-of contact who is not standing at the altar. That person texts us if vows run long or a guest shuttle needs one more loop.

What should you send for a Las Vegas wedding quote?

  • Ceremony and reception addresses, plus the seated time.
  • Headcount for the couple, the wedding party, and any guest shuttle.
  • Hotel list and whether guests need a return after the last dance.
  • Day-of contact who is not in the ceremony.

Three sizes, one plan

Most groups start with the 20-passenger party bus. A stretch limo suits a small, dressed-up group. A coach handles more than twenty people, or anyone with luggage. Ask for two quotes side by side if the headcount is still moving.

Booking takes three steps

Start at one hour, add time if the night grows. We answer fast because 54% of the groups that ask us for a quote are booking within 30 days of their date.

01

Tell us about the night

Call or text (702) 342-8656, or use the form. Date, how many people, where we pick you up, where you want to go, and roughly how many hours.

02

Get a real number in writing

We match you to the 20-passenger party bus, a limo, or a coach and send the vehicle, hours, pickup plan, and total. No guessing from a rate card.

03

Step off at the front door

Your driver picks you up on time, drops you at the entrance of every stop, and parks nearby until you text for the next one.

Questions groups ask us before they book

Yes. That is the most common wedding setup we arrange. The limousine takes the couple, the 20-passenger party bus takes the wedding party, and if you need a guest shuttle we add a coach. Everything goes on one quote.
