Prom Party Bus in Las Vegas
We do prom in Las Vegas, and we do it with parents in the loop. Students get the same bus adults do, with wrap-around leather, a laser light show, a professional driver, ice, and bottled water. No alcohol for anyone under 21, full stop. We run pickup, photos, dinner, prom, and the ride home on a route parents sign off on. Book from a 1-hour minimum.

How the day runs
What does a prom party bus night look like in Las Vegas?
Route guidance reviewed August 1, 2026. Venue loading rules change, so we confirm the door with you the week of your ride.
Which vehicle fits your group?
The 20-passenger party bus is the prom ride most groups want, and it fits a typical friend group with dresses and photo bags. A limousine works for a smaller group of six to eight. Prom season in Vegas stacks Saturdays, so book the date as soon as the school announces it.
Local tips from our dispatch desk
- ✓Send us a parent coordinator and a student contact; the driver needs both.
- ✓No alcohol, no vapes, no exceptions for riders under 21.
- ✓The passenger list you give us is the list that rides; no adding friends at pickup.
- ✓Confirm the venue's drop-off point with the school; big resort ballrooms have a specific entrance.
How the ride runs, stop by stop
Pickup and photos
We pick up at one home or a photo location a parent picked, often a park in Summerlin or Henderson or a family backyard. We load in a driveway or a safe curb, never in a travel lane, and give everyone a few minutes for pictures with the bus.
Dinner and the prom entrance
We take the group to the dinner reservation and then to the prom venue, whether it is a Strip resort ballroom or a school site. We drop at the entrance the venue allows and park nearby while the dance runs.
The approved ride home
After prom we go to the drop-off address on the itinerary parents approved. If the group wants an after-party stop, a parent has to authorize it and the hours have to cover it. We do not change the route for a text from the back seat.
How do we run a Las Vegas prom night so parents stay comfortable?
Prom here is a real night out, and parents still want a locked plan. We pick up at the house or photo spot you chose, take the group to dinner, drop them at the dance, and bring them home on the itinerary a parent signed off on.
Most Las Vegas proms land at a Strip resort ballroom or a school site. The venue will name a drop-off door. We use that door, park nearby, and do not change the route because someone in the back seat texted a new stop.
Send the parent coordinator, the student contact, and the approved stop list with the quote request. If the group wants an after-party, a parent has to authorize it and the hours have to cover it.
What do parents need to send for a prom quote?
- ✓School, prom venue, and the dinner reservation time.
- ✓Pickup address for photos and the approved ride-home address.
- ✓Exact rider list. No adding friends at the curb.
- ✓Parent coordinator cell and a student contact.

Our own quote requests

Three sizes, one plan
Most groups start with the 20-passenger party bus. A stretch limo suits a small, dressed-up group. A coach handles more than twenty people, or anyone with luggage. Ask for two quotes side by side if the headcount is still moving.
