Which clubs should be on the route?
The ones you can actually get into, and the ones near each other. Las Vegas nightclubs live inside resorts, and the resorts cluster: a center-Strip pocket around Flamingo Road, a south-Strip pocket near Tropicana, and Downtown around Fremont East. Pick one pocket and two or three venues inside it. A crawl that starts at a south-Strip club, jumps to a center-Strip club, then finishes Downtown spends more time on Las Vegas Boulevard than on any dance floor. If Downtown is the goal, make the whole night Downtown: Fremont East bars first, the Fremont Street canopy, then a late club. How does a party bus make a club crawl better?
Three ways. Nobody waits for six rideshares in a resort pickup zone at 1 a.m. Everyone arrives at the door together, which matters when the promoter is checking a guest list by name. And the ride between clubs is its own stop: music, lights, your drinks on ice, and fifteen minutes to regroup before the next line. The bus also gives the group a home base for jackets, bags, and the friend who needs to sit down for a minute. We pull up to the club's entrance, everyone steps off, and the driver parks nearby until your contact texts that you are heading out. Then it is the same door, the same bus, and on to the next one.
How many hours does a club crawl take?
Longer than a map suggests. A three-club crawl with a hotel pickup at 10 p.m. and a hotel drop at 3 a.m. is a five-hour booking even though the clubs are minutes apart, because the time inside each club is the point. If the group wants dinner first, add the dinner. If the group wants a Strip loop with the lights on between clubs, add twenty minutes. Saturday traffic on Las Vegas Boulevard and hotel loading at both ends are real. Tell us the first door time and the last door time, and we will book the hours that cover it. You can add an hour on the night if the bus is free.
What does the group need to agree on before we roll?
A contact, a door, and a leave time. One sober-enough contact holds the driver's number and is the only person who texts. Every passenger knows the exact pickup door at the hotel and the boarding time. And the group agrees on a leave time at each club and a hard end time for the night. Decide in advance how a straggler gets to the next stop; the answer is a rideshare, not eighteen people idling outside a club. This is the boring part of the plan, and it is the part that keeps the fun part on schedule. Put the end time and the last hotel drop on the quote.
When do bar-crawl groups book, and how big are they?
Bar and club crawls are weekend animals. A Saturday crawl is the request that fills up first, and crawl groups tend to run bigger than a dinner-and-show night. If your group is pushing past 20, say so; a coach or two vehicles is a better night than a bus that will not fit. Book the Saturday when you book the tables.
Local details that change the plan
- Resorts route buses to a tour lobby or bus entrance, not the valet the group used for a rideshare. We will send you the right door for each stop.
- Fremont Street is closed to vehicles under the canopy. Downtown crawls board a short walk away on a side street, which is normal for every bus down there.
- Big fight weekends, EDC week, and F1 in November turn ordinary Saturday club nights into the hardest nights of the year to book. Ask early.
