Game Day Party Bus in Las Vegas

We do game days: Raiders at Allegiant Stadium, Golden Knights at T-Mobile Arena, and fight nights across the Strip. You get a professional driver, a 20-passenger party bus with wrap-around leather, a laser light show, ice, bottled water, and BYOB for adult fans, a drop at the gate you need, and a postgame pickup spot that is not a rideshare scramble. Book from a 1-hour minimum.

Sporting Event party bus in Las Vegas

Game day in Las Vegas: the gate the stadium allows, a cabin for the tailgate, and a pickup that is not a rideshare scramble.

How the day runs

What does a sporting event party bus night look like in Las Vegas?

Route guidance reviewed August 1, 2026. Venue loading rules change, so we confirm the door with you the week of your ride.

Which vehicle fits your group?

A fan group of ten to twenty rides our 20-passenger party bus, and the tailgate starts on the way. A coach carries a team, a youth program, or a big company outing. A limousine fits a small suite group. Vegas game days stack Saturdays, so book the moment the schedule drops.

Local tips from our dispatch desk

  • Check the venue's current commercial-vehicle instructions the week of the game, not last season's lot number.
  • Tell us the cooler and food plan; BYOB on the bus is for adults, and stadium rules still apply once you step off.
  • Jerseys, chairs, and a flag pole all take space; count them.
  • If the group might stay out after the game, tell us so the hours are ready to add.

How the ride runs, stop by stop

1

Pregame pickup or tailgate

We pick up at your hotel or a tailgate spot you name and work backward from the time you want to be through security. Allegiant Stadium opens gates about two hours before kickoff; that is when the lot traffic peaks.

2

Gate drop, no driveway camping

We unload at the commercial or group drop the venue allows and clear the curb. T-Mobile Arena's drop is on the Park MGM side; Allegiant's group lots are on the west side. We know both.

3

Postgame meet and the ride out

We meet at the landmark you picked, with a deadline and a backup for road closures. Getting out of a stadium lot is the part we plan around, because the inbound drive is easy.

How do you get a fan group into Allegiant or T-Mobile without the parking fight?

Coolers, jerseys, and a flag pole take space. Tell us. If the group might stay out after the game, say so so the hours are ready to add.

What should you send for a game-day quote?

  • Team or card, venue, and game time.
  • Hotel or tailgate pickup.
  • Headcount, coolers, and any chairs or flags.
  • Whether you want a postgame stop or a straight hotel return.

    Our own quote requests

Three sizes, one plan

Most groups start with the 20-passenger party bus. A stretch limo suits a small, dressed-up group. A coach handles more than twenty people, or anyone with luggage. Ask for two quotes side by side if the headcount is still moving.

Booking takes three steps

Start at one hour, add time if the night grows. We answer fast because 54% of the groups that ask us for a quote are booking within 30 days of their date.

01

Tell us about the night

Call or text (702) 342-8656, or use the form. Date, how many people, where we pick you up, where you want to go, and roughly how many hours.

02

Get a real number in writing

We match you to the 20-passenger party bus, a limo, or a coach and send the vehicle, hours, pickup plan, and total. No guessing from a rate card.

03

Step off at the front door

Your driver picks you up on time, drops you at the entrance of every stop, and parks nearby until you text for the next one.

Questions groups ask us before they book

Yes. We drop at the group lot the stadium allows and pick you up at a landmark you choose. Send the game date and headcount and we quote the hours.
