Thirty-two is a shuttle loop. A convention organizer with attendees in two hotels books the 32 to run between those hotels and the show floor all day, every fifteen or twenty minutes. The coach picks up at the first hotel's group entrance, swings by the second, drops at the Las Vegas Convention Center or Mandalay Bay, and comes back around. One driver, one sign in the window, one loop everyone can count on.
This is a different job from a point-to-point ride, and we plan it that way. Loop timing depends on where the hotels are and how the Convention Center routes shuttles during the show. The driver keeps a log of each pass so the organizer can see the coach was where it was supposed to be. Thirty-two seats is big enough that a full hotel's worth of attendees moves in a couple of passes.
