List bouquets, garment bags, signage, gift boxes, welcome bags, and anything fragile when you request the quote. Seats on the party bus are for people first, so if ten bridesmaids are bringing ten garment bags plus the dress, we plan for that headcount, not just ten bodies.
For a big load-in to a Strip ballroom or a Lake Las Vegas reception, we can quote a second vehicle or an earlier run for decor so the wedding party is not sharing an aisle with centerpieces.
Beat the desert heat on the flowers
Las Vegas heat wilts flowers and wrinkles formalwear fast. Coordinate the florist handoff to a shaded hotel entrance or a porte cochere, not an open curb. We arrive, load, and go; nobody stands outside holding peonies while we circle a garage.
On the ride, the bus is cooled and the cooler is iced. Keep bouquets out of direct sun near the windows and hand them off the moment we reach the chapel or ceremony site.
Ask before you decorate the bus
We love a themed ride, and a lot of couples want a 'Just Married' moment on the party bus. Ask us first. Tape, adhesives, glitter, and confetti are usually a no because they damage leather and lighting and can lead to a cleaning charge. Removable signage, balloons, and florals you carry on and carry off are usually a yes. Whatever we agree on goes on your quote so nobody is surprised on the wedding day.
