How do we time the last ride to the real end of the reception?
Printed end times lie. A Vegas reception runs late when the DJ is good, and the last ride should follow the actual party, not the invitation. We book from a 1-hour minimum and you can add hours on the night, so the bus is there when the room finally empties.
How we plan it with you
Announce departure waves from the mic
If guests are heading back to the hotel block in more than one run, label each departure: '10:30 shuttle to the Cosmopolitan and Aria, 11:30 final shuttle.' Ask the DJ or emcee to call the boarding time ten minutes ahead so people can grab jackets and find the exit.
Tell us the exact door. Strip resorts have separate entrances for buses, valet, and rideshare, and we will confirm the one the venue wants us to use so guests walk out to the right curb.
Separate the couple's exit from the guest loop
A sparkler send-off and a guest shuttle loading at the same door at the same time is a mess. Decide whether the couple leaves first, after the last shuttle, or only stages a photo exit and rides later.
A stretch limo for the couple and the 20-passenger party bus for the wedding party lets the after-party keep rolling to a Downtown bar or a Strip lounge while guests head home on the coach.
Put the late-night plan in writing
Your quote lists the end time, the overtime rate, and who can approve extra hours. Confirm those three things before the wedding so the decision at 11:45 p.m. is a text, not a negotiation.
Give guests a plan if they miss the last bus: which hotel, which rideshare pickup, who to call. We are happy to hold for stragglers when hours are added; we just need the yes from your point person.
