Which venue details do we need before we book the wedding ride?
Every Las Vegas wedding venue loads differently. A chapel on Las Vegas Boulevard has a small lot. A Strip resort ballroom wants buses at a specific tour entrance. Lake Las Vegas and Red Rock venues are a 30 to 45 minute drive from the Strip with one road in. We drop you at the door, then park nearby, and we plan that door before the day.

Ask the venue five questions
Before you send us the quote request, ask the venue coordinator: Where do buses and limos load? Is there a height or length limit on the approach? Where can the driver wait? Who is the day-of contact? Are there time windows when the entrance is closed for another event?
Ask separately for the ceremony site, the photo location, and the reception venue. Then forward the answers to us and we build the route around them.
Match mobility needs to the vehicle and the walk
Tell us if a grandparent uses a walker or a guest uses a wheelchair. The vehicle matters, and so does the path from the bus door to the ceremony seating. Some resort bus entrances are a long indoor walk from the ballroom; some chapels have a step at the door.
We will tell you what we can do for that guest on the vehicle we quote, and we can plan a shorter drop point or an earlier arrival so nobody is rushed.
Check the rules for public land and big attractions
Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, and Hoover Dam have their own commercial-vehicle and entry rules, and they change by season. Strip resorts change bus entrances for conventions and big fights.
If your ceremony or portraits touch any of these, send us the venue's current instructions and we confirm what applies to the vehicle on your quote before the wedding day, not at the gate.
