A typical night is a pool-day pickup to a dinner-and-show evening. We collect the group at a Strip resort pool entrance in the late afternoon, bring them back to the hotel to change, then run the evening: dinner, the Sphere, a lounge after. Eighteen people and a show ticket each means the Sphere drop matters; we use the Venetian side so the walk is short.
If the list is not locked, our advice is the same as always: take the 20-passenger party bus. It costs you nothing in comfort and it saves you from a last-minute scramble if two more people say yes.
