The 24-passenger party bus takes all of them out the night before the ceremony, or to the rehearsal dinner and back, so nobody is organizing six rideshares from the hotel block.
A Lake Las Vegas wedding is the classic version. The group is staying at a Strip resort, the rehearsal dinner is at a restaurant by the lake, and the drive is 35 minutes each way on the 215. We pick everyone up at the hotel's bus entrance, run out to Henderson, wait at the venue, and bring the whole party back in time for a nightcap on the Strip. Bellagio's bus entrance is on the south side of the property, not at the fountain-side valet. We stage there at 5:15 for a 6:30 rehearsal dinner at the lake.
