Dinner Party Bus in Las Vegas

For a special dinner in Las Vegas, we pick up your group, drop you at the restaurant's entrance, and bring you back or on to the next stop when you are done. That works for a steakhouse at a Strip resort, a chef's table in the Arts District, or a birthday dinner at Lake Las Vegas. You enjoy the meal; the driving and parking are handled.

Special Dinner party bus in Las Vegas

Dinner in Las Vegas: the reservation door on time, then back to the hotel or on to the next stop you named.

How the day runs

What does a special dinner party bus night look like in Las Vegas?

Route guidance reviewed August 1, 2026. Venue loading rules change, so we confirm the door with you the week of your ride.

Which vehicle fits your group?

A limousine fits a small, formal table. The 20-passenger party bus fits a birthday or rehearsal-dinner group that wants the ride to and from the restaurant to feel like part of the night, with wrap-around leather, ice, and bottled water on board. Weekend tables and weekend buses both go early.

Local tips from our dispatch desk

  • Ask the restaurant which door they want a group vehicle to use; at resorts it is rarely the front.
  • Dietary notes go to the restaurant; the cake and flowers can ride with us.
  • We do not idle in valet lanes; we drop and park nearby.
  • Tell us if the group wants a toast on the ride so we stock the ice.

How the ride runs, stop by stop

1

Send us the reservation

Restaurant, party name, and seating time. Resort restaurants can be a long indoor walk from the bus entrance, so we plan the drop with that in mind and you are not late to your own table.

2

Wait or come back

Choose a one-way drop, a wait through the meal, or a scheduled pickup. A two-hour dinner with the driver waiting and a scheduled return are different hours, and we quote whichever you want.

3

After dinner

Back to the hotel, on to a lounge, or a quick photo stop at the fountains. Give us the drop order for guests staying at different hotels.

Should the bus wait through a Las Vegas dinner, or come back later?

Those are two different hours. A one-way drop, a wait through the meal, and a scheduled pickup are all fine. Tell us which you want. Resort restaurants can be a long indoor walk from the bus entrance, so we plan the drop with that in mind.

Send the restaurant, the party name, and the seating time. After dinner we can return to the hotel, go on to a lounge, or make a fountain stop if the hours allow.

Dietary notes go to the restaurant. The cake and flowers can ride with us. We do not idle in valet lanes.

What should you send for a dinner-ride quote?

  • Restaurant, reservation name, and seating time.
  • Wait through dinner, or a set pickup time.
  • Pickup address and any second drop after the meal.
  • Cake, flowers, or gifts that need a seat.

    Our own quote requests

Three sizes, one plan

Most groups start with the 20-passenger party bus. A stretch limo suits a small, dressed-up group. A coach handles more than twenty people, or anyone with luggage. Ask for two quotes side by side if the headcount is still moving.

Booking takes three steps

Start at one hour, add time if the night grows. We answer fast because 54% of the groups that ask us for a quote are booking within 30 days of their date.

01

Tell us about the night

Call or text (702) 342-8656, or use the form. Date, how many people, where we pick you up, where you want to go, and roughly how many hours.

02

Get a real number in writing

We match you to the 20-passenger party bus, a limo, or a coach and send the vehicle, hours, pickup plan, and total. No guessing from a rate card.

03

Step off at the front door

Your driver picks you up on time, drops you at the entrance of every stop, and parks nearby until you text for the next one.

Questions groups ask us before they book

Yes. We use the door the restaurant wants for a group vehicle, which is rarely the front valet. Ask them which door, or we will.
