We offer a full range of vehicles: Party Buses (10–45 passengers with LED lights, sound systems, wet bars, and dance floors), Sprinter Vans (executive and limo-style configurations for 10–14 passengers), Shuttle Buses for efficient group transport, Limousines (2–20 passengers from executive sedans to super stretch limos), and Coach Buses (14–56 passengers for corporate events, conventions, and large groups). Every vehicle is meticulously maintained and fully insured.
What's the difference between a party bus and a limousine?
Party buses are built for high-energy celebration — think LED dance floors, booming sound systems, wet bars, laser lights, and room to stand and move around. Limousines offer a more refined, elegant experience with premium leather seating, ambient lighting, and a classic VIP feel. Choose a party bus when you want a mobile nightclub, and a limo when you want sophistication and style.
What are Sprinter Vans?
We offer two styles of Sprinter Van. Executive Sprinters have forward-facing leather captain's chairs, perfect for corporate transfers, airport runs, and professional events. Limo-style Sprinters have wrap-around seating, LED lighting, and a mini bar — essentially a compact party bus for smaller groups of 10–14. Both offer a premium ride in a vehicle that's easy to maneuver and park.
What is a shuttle bus used for?
Shuttle buses are the practical workhorse of group transportation. They're ideal for wedding guest shuttles between the ceremony and reception, convention and conference transfers, airport group pickups, and corporate campus shuttles. Forward-facing seating, climate control, and luggage space keep passengers comfortable.
How do I choose the right vehicle for my group size?
Use our capacity search tool on the fleet page to filter by group size. We recommend booking a vehicle that comfortably fits your group — slightly larger is better than cramped. Are all your vehicles equipped with the same features?
Each vehicle type has different features tailored to its purpose. Party buses include sound systems, LED lighting, wet bars, and dance floors. Limousines offer premium leather, ambient lighting, and mini bars. Sprinter Vans come in executive or limo configurations. Coach buses provide reclining seats, climate control, and luggage storage. Check each vehicle's detail page for its full feature list.
Can I request a specific vehicle by name?
Yes! When you request a quote, specify which vehicle you're interested in (e.g., Vegas Royale, Platinum Stretch). We'll do our best to reserve it for your date. Popular vehicles book quickly for weekends and holidays, so reserve early.
How many people can your largest vehicle hold?
Our largest party bus accommodates up to 45 passengers, and our full-size coach buses seat up to 56 passengers. For groups larger than 56, we can coordinate multiple vehicles with synchronized departure and arrival times.
Do your party buses have restrooms?
Most party buses do not have onboard restrooms, but our drivers will make comfort stops on request — unlimited stops are included in every booking. Our full-size coach buses (40+ passengers) do include onboard restroom facilities for longer trips.
Can I play my own music on the bus?
Absolutely! All party buses and limousines have Bluetooth, AUX, and USB connectivity so you can play your own playlists. Some vehicles also have CD players and satellite radio. Your driver can help you connect your device before departure.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Some of our coach buses are ADA-compliant with wheelchair lifts and accessibility features. Please let us know your accessibility requirements when requesting a quote and we will match you with an appropriate vehicle.
What amenities come standard on party buses?
Standard amenities on our party buses include LED/fiber optic lighting, premium sound systems with subwoofers, Bluetooth/AUX connectivity, wet bars with ice, cups and glassware, tinted privacy windows, and climate control. Some buses also feature dance poles, laser lights, fog machines, and flat-screen TVs.
What is included in the rental price?
Your rental is fully all-inclusive: the vehicle, a professional CDL-licensed chauffeur, fuel, insurance, taxes, and gratuity are all included. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Do you offer vehicles for airport transfers?
Yes! We offer executive sedans, SUVs, Sprinter Vans, and limousines for airport pickups and drop-offs at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). Airport arrival bookings include a 30-minute luggage wait so you're never rushed. Our drivers track your flight in real-time.
Can I book a vehicle for a multi-day event?
Absolutely. We offer multi-day packages for conventions, corporate retreats, wedding weekends, and extended celebrations. Multi-day bookings often qualify for discounted daily rates. Contact us for custom multi-day pricing.
What happens if I need to change my vehicle after booking?
We understand plans change. If you need to upgrade or swap vehicles, contact us at least 48 hours before your event and we will accommodate the change subject to availability. Upsizing is almost always possible; downsizing may adjust your quote.
How old are your vehicles?
We maintain a modern fleet with vehicles regularly updated. Every vehicle undergoes thorough mechanical inspections, professional detailing, and interior refurbishment to ensure it looks and performs like new for every trip.
Can I smoke on the bus?
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted on any of our vehicles. Your driver will accommodate unlimited smoke break stops upon request.
