By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking any service through Las Vegas Party Ride, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Las Vegas Party Ride.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Las Vegas Party Ride operates as a transportation affiliate in Las Vegas, Nevada. We connect customers with premium party bus, limousine, and coach bus services for events throughout the Las Vegas valley and surrounding areas.

Your booking may be fulfilled directly by Las Vegas Party Ride or by an affiliated sister company that operates under its own business license, insurance, and permits. When a booking is assigned to an affiliated provider, the terms and conditions of that provider's service agreement will also apply to the transportation itself. We will inform you of the servicing company before your event date.

Vehicle availability, features, amenities, and seating capacity may vary. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos on our website, but the actual vehicle assigned to your reservation may differ based on availability and maintenance schedules. We will make every reasonable effort to provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle if substitution is necessary.

If your booking is fulfilled by an affiliated sister company, any complaints, disputes, or claims related to the actual transportation service (including vehicle condition, driver conduct, safety incidents, timing, or on-site issues) should be directed to the affiliated company that provided the service. We will provide you with the contact information for the servicing company upon request.

Las Vegas Party Ride acts as an intermediary in these situations and is not directly liable for the performance, conduct, or policies of affiliated service providers. We will, however, assist in facilitating communication between you and the servicing company and work toward a resolution in good faith.

All reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is due at the time of reservation and confirms your vehicle, date, and time. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received and processed.

The remaining balance is due 7–14 days before your event, as specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Pricing is as quoted at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for overtime, excessive cleaning, or damage to the vehicle.

30+ days before event: Full refund of deposit.

14–29 days before event: 50% of deposit refunded.

7–13 days before event: 25% of deposit refunded.

Less than 7 days before event: No refund. The full amount is non-refundable.

No-shows: Failure to appear for a confirmed reservation will result in forfeiture of the full payment. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to INFO@LASVEGASPARTYRIDE.COM. The cancellation date is determined by the date we receive your written request.

All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during the rental period. The following rules apply to all passengers:

• No illegal substances of any kind are permitted on any vehicle. Possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
• Passenger count must not exceed the legal capacity of the vehicle. The booking party is responsible for ensuring compliance with the agreed-upon headcount.
• Passengers are liable for any damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to stains, tears, broken fixtures, or vandalism. The booking party will be charged for all repair or replacement costs.
• Passengers must not engage in disorderly, violent, or threatening behavior.
• Passengers must not bring weapons, fireworks, or hazardous materials onto the vehicle.

Las Vegas Party Ride reserves the right to terminate service immediately if any passenger violates these responsibilities. No refund will be issued in such cases.

The safety of our passengers is our top priority. All passengers must comply with the following safety requirements:

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times when the vehicle is in motion, where seatbelts are provided.
• Passengers must follow all instructions from the driver at all times. The driver has full authority over the safe operation of the vehicle.
• Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion unless the vehicle is specifically designed for standing (e.g., designated party bus areas).
• Emergency exits and safety equipment must not be tampered with.

• No smoking of any kind is permitted on any vehicle, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers. A cleaning fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found.
• No hanging out of windows, doors, or sunroofs. Passengers must keep all body parts inside the vehicle at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
• No standing on seats, bars, or other fixtures inside the vehicle.
• No throwing objects from or at the vehicle.
• Food and beverages are allowed unless otherwise specified, but the booking party is responsible for cleaning up and any resulting damage or stains.
• Audio equipment, lighting, and other vehicle features must be operated responsibly. The driver may adjust settings for safety reasons.

When Las Vegas Party Ride directly provides the transportation service, we carry commercial liability insurance as required by Nevada law. When the service is fulfilled by an affiliated sister company, that company maintains its own commercial liability insurance and is solely responsible for claims arising from the transportation itself.

Las Vegas Party Ride's liability as an affiliate and intermediary is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for:

• The actions, omissions, or negligence of affiliated sister companies or partner transportation providers that fulfill your booking.
• Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, mechanical failures, or acts of God.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in or on any vehicle.
• Injuries resulting from passenger misconduct or failure to follow safety instructions.
• Actions or policies of third-party venues, nightclubs, hotels, or other destinations.
• Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the services of affiliated providers.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid to Las Vegas Party Ride for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We strongly recommend that passengers secure their own personal insurance coverage for events.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation with Las Vegas Party Ride. The person making the booking is the responsible party and must be present during the rental period.

Passengers must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages on any vehicle. It is the responsibility of the booking party to ensure that all passengers consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age. Las Vegas Party Ride is not responsible for verifying the age of individual passengers.

Minors may ride as passengers when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is listed as the booking party. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for all minors on board.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Las Vegas Party Ride, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliated sister companies, and partner service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.
• The conduct of any passenger in your party during the rental period.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by you or members of your party.
• Any claims by third parties resulting from your use of our services.
• Any violation of applicable laws by you or members of your party.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By submitting a quote request through our contact form and checking the required consent checkbox, you provide your prior express written consent (as defined under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) to receive calls and text messages from Las Vegas Party Ride and its affiliated service providers at the phone number you provided. These communications may be sent using automated technology and may include information about your quote, booking confirmation, service updates, and coordination with the fulfilling provider.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service. You may request a quote by calling us directly at (702) 342-8656 without providing consent to automated communications.

A separate, optional checkbox on our contact form allows you to opt in to promotional offers and Las Vegas event tips. Marketing communications are entirely optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time without affecting your booking or service communications.

You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, emailing info@lasvegaspartyride.com, or calling (702) 342-8656. We will honor your opt-out request within 10 business days. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
