How do I get a quote?

Is the quote free with no obligation?
Yes! Our quotes are completely free and there's no obligation to book. We'll provide a transparent, all-inclusive price with no hidden fees. You're under no pressure to commit.
What is included in the quoted price?
Everything. Our quotes are all-inclusive: the vehicle, professional CDL-licensed driver, fuel, commercial insurance, all applicable taxes, and gratuity. There are no hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, and no surprise charges. The price quoted is the price you pay.
What is the minimum booking time?
We have a standard 4-hour minimum for most bookings. On non-prime dates like Sundays, we can sometimes offer a 3-hour minimum. Prom dates (March, April, and May Saturdays) may require a 6-hour minimum due to high demand.
How does payment work?
We typically require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 7–14 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. Corporate clients can arrange invoicing.
Are deposits refundable?
No, all deposits are non-refundable. This policy allows us to hold vehicles exclusively for your date and turn away other inquiries. We recommend being confident in your date before placing a deposit.
What is the cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are fully non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing between 8am and 8pm. We encourage booking with confidence and reaching out early if your plans change.
What happens if we go over our booked time?
Overtime is charged at the hourly rate for your vehicle, subject to availability. Just let your driver know if you'd like to extend and we'll accommodate if possible. We recommend adding a small buffer to your booking to avoid overtime.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for most events. For peak dates like Friday and Saturday nights, holidays, convention weeks, and EDC weekend, book 1–3 months ahead. New Year's Eve and prom season should be booked 3–6 months in advance.
What information do I need to provide?
We need your name, contact info, event date, number of passengers, estimated hours, and pickup/drop-off locations. The more details you share about your event (occasion, special requests), the better we can tailor your quote.
How quickly can I get a response?

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing between 8am and 8pm. All deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within 7 days of the event are fully non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible subject to vehicle availability — contact us to discuss.
Do you offer discounts for weekday bookings?
Yes! Weekday and Sunday bookings often qualify for lower rates and reduced minimums (sometimes a 3-hour minimum instead of 4). Contact us to ask about current specials and off-peak pricing.

Do I need to provide a deposit to book?

Can I book for someone else as a surprise?
Yes! Many of our bookings are surprises for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and anniversaries. Just provide the guest of honor's pickup details and we'll coordinate with you to make it seamless.
What about prom bookings?
Prom is one of our most popular events! Prom dates (March, April, and May Saturdays) are in very high demand and may require a 6-hour minimum. Book early — prom vehicles sell out months in advance. If minors will be on board with alcohol, a parent or guardian must be present.
What if my group size changes after booking?
No problem — let us know as soon as possible. If your group grows, we can upgrade you to a larger vehicle (subject to availability). Vehicle capacity limits are strictly enforced for safety, so we cannot allow more passengers than the rated capacity.
