What the occasion changes about the ride
Bachelor and bachelorette groups usually want the Strip plus one Downtown stop. Birthdays lean toward a dinner, a show, and Fremont Street. Wedding groups need a chapel, a photo stop, and a reception door on a timeline. Tell us which one you are and we build the route around the thing that cannot move.
Among our own quote requests, 54% of dated requests came in 30 days or less before the event. Vegas weekends still fill up, so if the group has already picked a Saturday, send the date before you settle the rest.
The must-have on the bus is usually the music. Bring the playlist and the driver connects it. Costumes, decorations, and a cooler all ride too; just tell us ahead so we plan the loading and the cleanup.
