What we would tell your group before the vote
Start where the group sleeps. A night that begins at your own hotel door beats a meetup in a casino lobby nobody can find. From a Strip resort, dinner on the Strip is a 10-to-20-minute ride even when the map says one mile, so give the first stop a real reservation time and we set the pickup off that.
Pick two anchor stops and let the rest float. A steakhouse and one club, or Fremont Street and one Strip lounge, is a night that actually happens. Five clubs is a wish list. Strip nightclubs send buses to a specific entrance, and Fremont Street is pedestrian-only, so the driver drops you at the nearest legal curb and picks you up on a side street.
Among our own quote requests, 75% of requests that named hours asked for four hours or less. Dinner, a club, and the ride home fit inside that. If the night runs long, tell the driver and add time on the spot.
