How we would settle the party bus vs. limo argument
Headcount decides the vehicle, not the vibe. Count the people who will actually be at the curb, not the group chat. Up to twenty rides the party bus with everyone facing each other. A dressy group of eight to ten fits a stretch limo. Anything with suitcases, or more than twenty people, is a coach.
Among our own quote requests, 58% of groups were 14 people or fewer. That is why the 20-passenger party bus is where we usually start: room to move around, and nobody left on the sidewalk waiting for a second car.
When you compare quotes, compare the same night. Same date, same pickup, same stops, same hours. Ask what happens if you add an hour, where the driver waits between stops, and whether the total on the page is the total you pay. We put all of that in writing so there is no guessing at the curb.
